Weilburg business hit by weekend burglary as police seek witnesses
A business on Auf der Platte street in Weilburg was broken into over the weekend. The burglary took place between Friday evening and Saturday morning, with thieves forcing their way inside. Police are now appealing for information from the public.
The break-in happened sometime between 20:30 on Friday, 29 August 2025, and 08:15 the following morning. Unknown offenders targeted a skylight, prying it open to enter the building. Once inside, they searched the premises and took cash along with other valuables.
