Russia Auctions Seized Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky Properties for 11.5M Rubles

Russia's Federal Bailiff Service will hold another auction of seized property belonging to debtors.

Three apartments in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and one residential unit are up for sale, with a combined starting price of around 11.5 million rubles. The properties include:

— A 30.6 sq m apartment at 98 Okeanskaya Street, starting at 3,090,400 rubles; — A 48.1 sq m apartment at 17 Zavodskaya Street, starting at 3,328,000 rubles; — A 44 sq m apartment at 40 Dalnyaya Street, starting at 3,722,320 rubles; — A 19.8 sq m residential unit at 1a Shkolnaya Street, starting at 1,316,800 rubles.

Prospective buyers have until June 19 to submit applications to participate in the auction, which will take place on an online trading platform.
