The seized property includes 55 capital construction projects with a total area of approximately 6,500 square meters, nine land plots covering 1.5 hectares, and the termination of lease rights to 2.7 hectares of public land.

Additionally, the state has confiscated 100% of the shares in the authorized capital of National Fuel Company, Kubanoil, and Sochipetrol.

Earlier, Sochi's Central District Court ruled that the assets had been acquired in violation of anti-corruption laws. Attempts to appeal the decision in the Krasnodar Regional Court and the cassation instance failed, as the courts sided with the prosecution.

According to law enforcement, Napso himself is currently outside Russia. He also faces criminal charges, with investigators continuing to establish the details of the case.
