Lahnberge faces month-long travel chaos from late March 2026

Major roadworks will disrupt travel to Lahnberge from late March next year. The southern access route will shut completely for over a month, starting March 22, 2026. Several bus services will also face diversions during this time.

The closure marks the second phase of bridge repairs and road resurfacing along key routes to Lahnberge. Work will run from March 22, 2026, until around April 25, 2026. Drivers and commuters should prepare for delays and altered journeys.

Bus routes 2, 6, 7, 9, 12, 15, 18, 19, and 27 will all take different paths during the works. Digital displays at bus stops will show real-time updates on changes.
