(ro)A woman kicked police officers and a patrol car on Wednesday evening in Frankfurt and Bad Homburg. The police were alerted at around 18:30 to a woman who was shouting and swearing in the area of Bad Homburg station. The responding officers found an aggressive 29-year-old woman from Frankfurt. The officers managed to calm the woman down and took her to the U-Bahn station in Frankfurt's Riedbergallee to make it easier for her to get home. After getting out, she suddenly turned around and kicked the side mirror of the patrol car and the two officers. The police had to restrain her and take her to the police station in Bad Homburg. She was then taken to a psychiatric clinic as she appeared to be in a state of mental exception. The two officers were injured but were able to continue their shift. The patrol car sustained damage of several hundred euros.

(ro)Right-wing extremist symbols and anti-Semitic slogans were found again in Neu-Anspach on Wednesday morning. In the night from Tuesday to Wednesday, unknown persons drew through the Raymond-Jacquet-Weg and surrounding streets and sprayed walls, gate entrances, and two vehicles with swastikas and anti-Semitic slogans. The content was made unrecognizable.

(ro)The police took an intoxicated driver without a license off the road in Neu-Anspach on Thursday night. The patrol stopped the 47-year-old driver of a black Mercedes GLK in Theodor-Heuss-Straße at around 00:20. It was soon noticed that the man smelled of alcohol. A voluntary alcohol test showed a value of over 2 promille. During the search of the car, the officers also found a starter pistol and fireworks and secured them. In addition, the 47-year-old did not have a driver's license. The man now faces not only a criminal proceeding for drunk driving and driving without a license, but also for violating the weapons law.
