Grey Audi A6's reckless overtaking shocks drivers on Germany's B27
A dangerous driving incident took place on the B27 near Bad Hersfeld on Wednesday morning. Police reported that a grey Audi A6 performed several reckless overtaking manoeuvres between Neukirchen and Unterhaun. The car was heading from Hünfeld toward Bad Hersfeld at the time.
The incident occurred at around 8:50 a.m. on February 25. Witnesses observed the Audi A6, registered in Hersfeld, repeatedly cutting across lanes in an aggressive manner. The driver overtook multiple vehicles in quick succession, forcing other motorists to brake or swerve.
According to police records, no similar cases of reckless overtaking have been documented on this stretch of the B27 in the past year. Authorities are now reviewing the incident to determine further action.
The driver's behaviour posed a clear risk to others on the road. Police have not yet released details on whether charges will be filed. The investigation remains ongoing.
