Criminals stole two vehicles in Erbach overnight from Thursday (25.9.) to Friday (26.9.). During the investigation, officers arrested a suspect in the Czech Republic.

A gray Audi A4 Avant with the license plate DI-KS 3003 was targeted between 9 pm on Thursday and 5 am on Friday. It was parked in the courtyard of a property on Sophienstraße during that time. Around 500 meters away, in the street 'In den Steingaerten', unknown persons also stole a white BMW 435i, which was also parked in the courtyard of a property.

On Friday morning around 8 am, Czech police arrested a 44-year-old Polish national on the highway near Pilsen. He was driving the stolen BMW. Whether the suspect is also involved in the Audi theft is the subject of ongoing investigations by the Erbach police station 21/22.

Anyone with suspicious observations or information about the Audi's whereabouts is asked to contact the police at 06062 / 953-0.
