Sabrina Luther Shatters Barriers in Germany's Male-Dominated Scaffolding Trade

Sabrina Luther received the Central Association of German Skilled Crafts' (ZDH) highest honor at the opening of the Federal Scaffolding Conference in DĂźsseldorf, presented by ZDH Secretary-General Holger Schwannecke.

"Sabrina Luther did not merely administer the scaffolding trade—she shaped it, advanced it, and gave this craft a compelling new dimension with feminine strength and human warmth," Schwannecke said of her contributions. He noted that she combines reliability and assertiveness in a way rarely seen together.

Schwannecke emphasized that in a traditionally male-dominated industry, Luther never attempted to mimic existing patterns. Instead, she forged her own persuasive approach—direct, dependable, and tenacious in the best sense of the word.
