Neu-Isenburg man arrested after brutal knuckle-duster attack on Am Trieb street

Police in Neu-Isenburg are investigating a 48-year-old local man after an altercation on Am Trieb street. He is accused of assaulting another man and damaging his mobile phone.

According to initial findings, the two men clashed at around 11:20 p.m. During the confrontation, the suspect allegedly struck the victim with a knuckle duster, causing injury.

Officers called to the scene took the 48-year-old into provisional custody. He is now under investigation on suspicion of aggravated assault.

Police reports indicate that the suspect was apparently under the influence of alcohol. As part of the ongoing investigation, he was required to provide a blood sample.
