Military medics complete 120-hour emergency care training without leaving posts

More than 40 military medical staff have completed a 120-hour emergency care course without leaving their posts. The training, led by Lieutenant Colonel Rashid Iksanov, focused on pre-hospital treatment for mid-level personnel. Organisers designed the programme to avoid disrupting daily operations at military hospitals. The course was approved by the Main Military Medical Directorate of the Armed Forces. Participants included staff from the Taraz military hospital and Border Service units under the National Security Committee. The mobile format allowed personnel to train on-site, preventing the need for temporary replacements.

Lieutenant Colonel Rafik Huseynov highlighted the benefits of this approach. By holding sessions at the hospital, the training avoided workflow interruptions. All attendees received a state-issued certificate upon completion. Military medical personnel must refresh their skills every five years. This specialised course ensures they remain up to date on life-saving techniques in emergency situations.

The programme successfully trained over 40 medical staff while keeping them at their stations. The mobile format proved practical for both hospitals and border units. Participants now hold updated certifications in emergency pre-hospital care.
