Masked thieves raid Stockstadt kiosk in early-morning heist

A kiosk in Stockstadt was broken into early on Thursday, August 21. Two suspects stole tobacco products worth several thousand euros. The break-in happened just before 3:00 AM on Südstraße. The criminals forced their way into the shop and took high-value goods. One wore a black hooded sweatshirt, short beige or brown pants, and red gloves. The second suspect was dressed in a black hoodie, jeans, and grey gloves.

After the robbery, they escaped in a dark station wagon. The car had Eastern European licence plates. Police are now searching for witnesses or anyone with details about the crime.

Authorities urge anyone with information to contact the Criminal Investigation Department in Rüsselsheim. The precinct (21/22) can be reached at 06142/6960. The stolen items remain unrecovered.
