Kastel's Rampenstraße to face overnight closures for bridge demolition

The traffic sign bridge on Rampenstraße will be demolished starting Monday, September 22, at 8 PM. The work will continue until Tuesday, September 23, at 6 AM. The same closure times apply from Tuesday to Wednesday night.

Partial closure and detour

During the demolition work, Rampenstraße in the direction of Hochkreisel will be closed between Wiesbadener Straße and Hochkreisel. Traffic will be rerouted via the opposite lane. A traffic light will control traffic.

The partial closures will particularly affect commuters and residents in Kastel. It is recommended to avoid the affected route if possible or to plan additional travel time.
