Cyprus Launches 'Rent-to-Installment' Scheme for Future Homeowners

The Ministry of Finance has opened applications for its 'Rent-to-Installment' scheme. Interested individuals can now apply until the end of July 2026. Both digital and physical forms are available for submission. Applications for the scheme began on May 4, 2026. The process will remain open until July 31, 2026, giving applicants nearly three months to submit their forms.

Those wishing to apply can download the necessary documents from the KEDIPES website. The electronic form is accessible via the dedicated Rent-to-Installment Scheme page. For those preferring in-person assistance, printed forms are also available. Physical copies can be collected from KEDIPES district offices in Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, and Paralimni. All completed applications must be handed in at these same locations.

The scheme provides a structured path for renters to transition to homeownership. Applicants have until July 31, 2026, to submit their forms either online or in person. The Ministry of Finance has ensured multiple submission options for convenience.
