(da)On Sunday, unknown individuals punctured the tank of a transporter and stole fuel. The white Peugeot Boxer was parked on the Hauptstraße between 19:10 and 20:30 when the perpetrators tampered with it and siphoned several liters of fuel. (sn)Early Sunday morning, a traffic accident occurred on Bundesstraße 456 between three cars. An Audi, a Renault, and a Seat were traveling in that order on Bundesstraße 456 from the direction of Saalburg towards Bad Homburg. The 35-year-old Audi driver from the Limburg-Weilburg district had to brake suddenly, causing the 34-year-old Renault driver from the Hochtaunus district to collide with the vehicle behind her. The 24-year-old Seat driver from the Hochtaunus district also failed to stop in time and collided. All drivers remained uninjured. A 53-year-old passenger in the Audi, a 6-year-old child in the Renault, and an 18-year-old passenger in the Seat were slightly injured. All injured persons were taken to nearby hospitals for further treatment. The Renault and the Seat were no longer roadworthy and had to be towed away. The damage amounts to approximately 55,000 euros.

At around 16:25, the 85-year-old car driver from the Limburg-Weilburg district was traveling on L3025 from Hunoldstal towards B275. At the same time, a 33-year-old motorcycle rider from the Wetterau district was traveling on B275 from Altweilnau towards Usingen. The car driver turned left without yielding to the motorcycle rider. The motorcycle rider fell with his Ducati and was slightly injured. He was taken to a hospital for further treatment. The car driver remained uninjured. The Ducati was no longer roadworthy and had to be towed away. The total damage is estimated at 25,000 euros.
