A witness alerted the police late Monday evening after seeing a person holding what appeared to be a firearm on the RheinstraƟe. The arriving police units were able to stop a 26-year-old Wiesbaden resident and found a toy pistol on him. Due to his psychologically noticeable state, he was taken into custody and later admitted to a psychiatric clinic.

Wallet stolen from car,

Unknown persons stole a wallet from a parked vehicle between Thursday and Friday. The owner of a blue VW Polo discovered on Friday morning that unknown persons had taken his wallet from the vehicle. It is currently unknown how the thieves gained access to the vehicle.

Unknown persons stole various side mirrors from parked vehicles in Wiesbaden-Sonnenberg between Sunday evening and Monday morning. The thieves targeted a total of nine cars, from which they removed and stole the side mirrors. Notably, the unknown persons only targeted Mercedes vehicles.

Unknown persons defaced a warning sign on the SonnenstraƟe in Wiesbaden with paint. The perpetrators spray-painted a slogan on the sign attached to a fence in red paint. The vandalism was discovered on Monday morning.
