In the night of Tuesday, a car was stolen in Weilrod-Oberlauken. Unknown persons gained access to a locked courtyard in the street "Lindenhof". They then opened a locked apartment, stole the keys of a blue Dacia Logan, and drove off with it. The car had the license plate "HG-DR 112".

Witnesses are asked to contact the Usingen police station at (06081) 920-80.

On Tuesday afternoon, a car was damaged in Bad Homburg's Louisenstraße. Unknown persons smashed the rear window of a parked Mercedes B-Class in front of a doctor's office. The damage is estimated at several hundred euros. The culprits are still at large.
