A 22-year-old man was stopped by undercover police while riding an e-scooter in Darmstadt on Thursday afternoon. The incident took place near Ludwig-Metzger-Platz, leading to further investigations by officers at the scene. Police officers detained the suspect after observing him on the stolen e-scooter. Upon searching him, they discovered several mobile phones, cash in small denominations often linked to drug deals, and drug-related items.
