Man arrested after smashing and robbing two Wiesbaden businesses at dawn
A 21-year-old man was arrested in central Wiesbaden early Wednesday morning. Police caught him after he allegedly broke into a pizzeria and a convenience store just before dawn. The incident began around 4:50 a.m. when the suspect smashed the display windows of both businesses with a rock. He then entered the premises and stole several items from inside.
After the break-ins, the man fled on foot. Officers patrolling nearby spotted him and quickly apprehended him before he could escape further. The suspect now faces criminal charges as investigators continue to gather evidence from the scene.
