Kamchatka's Bailiffs Lead Russia in Enforcement Efficiency for Second Time
Russia’s Federal Bailiff Service in Kamchatka has been recognised as the country’s top performer for enforcement proceedings. The region’s team received the award after handling nearly 270,000 cases last year. This marks the second time Kamchatka has led the national rankings, having first won in 2021. The evaluation focused on key performance areas, such as recovering alimony payments and budgetary transfers. Kamchatka’s bailiffs successfully closed almost 160,000 enforcement cases in 2023. Their efforts resulted in the recovery of 6 billion rubles—a one-third increase over the previous year.
The award ceremony took place in Moscow, where Dmitry Starov, head of Kamchatka’s regional bailiff service, accepted the honour. The recognition follows consistent high performance, with the team previously earning the top spot two years ago.
Kamchatka’s bailiffs have now secured the national award twice in three years. Their improved recovery rates and case resolutions set them apart in 2023. The region’s service continues to lead in enforcement efficiency across Russia.
