  1. Witness search for numerous graffiti - Hanau

(me) Hanau police are looking for witnesses who can provide information about graffiti in Robert-Blum-Straße (single-digit house number). Between Saturday, 1 pm and Monday, 7 am, unknown persons defaced several buildings with red and black paint. The approximately twenty graffiti could not be left and had to be removed professionally. The estimated property damage is currently around ten thousand euros. Witnesses who have observed anything suspicious are asked to contact Hanau Police Station (06181 100-120).

  1. Burglar removed window grille - Hanau

(cb) After burglars removed a window grille, they were able to pry open the window and enter an apartment in a multi-family house in Gaertnerstraße (40s house numbers). They then searched the living and sleeping areas and fled with cash and jewelry worth several thousand euros. The burglary occurred on Monday between 11:20 am and 1:35 pm. The burglary commission in Hanau has taken up the investigation and is accepting witness statements at the phone number 06181 100-123.

(cb) Hanau police are looking for witnesses to a hit-and-run accident that occurred in Herderweg, in the area of single-digit house numbers. The damaged vehicle owner parked his black BMW at the roadside on Monday at 12 pm. Upon his return at 5:30 pm, he discovered damage to the front of the vehicle. The culprit presumably touched the black car with HU license plates while parking and fled the scene without fulfilling their duties. (cb) Who scratched the vehicles? This and other questions are being asked by the investigators of Langenselbold Police Station, who are looking for witnesses. According to current findings, an unknown person presumably scratched several vehicles, including a blue Skoda, a blue Opel, and a black Nissan, which were parked at the roadside of Dieselstraße (single-digit house numbers), with a sharp object. The incident occurred on Monday between 5:45 pm and 6:15 pm. The total damage is estimated at 16,000 euros. Relevant tips can be reported to Langenselbold Police Station at 06183 91155-0.
