Fulda hit by vandalism wave as police seek witnesses in two cases

A series of vandalism incidents in Fulda has prompted police investigations. Early on March 27 The community centre in Johannesberg was targeted in the early hours of March 27. Vandals sprayed paint on the ground and tampered with the locks on the entrance doors. A banner advertising a planned assembly was also hung on the forecourt.

Police have since launched an investigation into the criminal damage. No similar incidents at public buildings in Fulda or nearby areas have been reported in the past year. In a separate case, a BMW 220 parked on Max-Pechstein-Straße had its passenger door scratched between March 23 and 26. Authorities are still assessing the extent of the damage. Witnesses or anyone with information are urged to contact the Osthessen Police Headquarters on 0661/105-0.

The incidents remain under active investigation. Police are seeking public assistance to identify those responsible. Anyone with relevant details about either case is encouraged to come forward.
