1.Thieves use open window to break into apartment, Flörsheim am Main, Eddersheimer Straße, Saturday, 13.09.2025, 00:00 to 09:30

Unknown perpetrators used an open window to enter the ground-floor apartment of a multi-family house overnight Saturday. The burglars entered the living quarters without causing any damage and searched for valuable items. They then escaped undetected through the apartment door. 2.Multiple drunk driving incidents in the Main-Taunus district, Saturday, 13.09.2025, 19:30 to 21:05

(tw) In the street "Am Daubhaus" in Hochheim, a police patrol stopped a 44-year-old driver. During the control at 19:30, the officers noticed a strong smell of alcohol. A voluntary breath test showed a value of 1.84 promille, after which the resident of Hochheim was taken to the station for a blood test.

(tw) The city police in Eschborn conducted a traffic control of an e-scooter rider in the early evening. During the control on the main street in Eschborn, there was suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, after which a patrol from the Eschborn police station was called. A breath test showed a value of over two promille, so the 34-year-old from Leipzig was taken to the Eschborn police station for further measures.

(tw) At 21:05, a patrol from the Hofheim police station controlled the driver of a car in the area of the Casteller Straße in Diedenbergen. The 43-year-old from Hofheim appeared to be under the influence of alcohol but refused to take a voluntary breath test. However, the signs of alcohol consumption were clear, so a blood test was taken and the driver's license was confiscated.
