Brutal Biebrich Attack Leaves Two E-Scooter Riders Injured by Masked Assailants

Two men were injured in a physical altercation in Biebrich on Monday afternoon, according to a statement from Wiesbaden police.

Initial reports indicate that the two men were riding e-scooters along the bike path on Kasteler Straße around 2 p.m. when a car pulled up beside them. Two unknown men exited the vehicle and suddenly attacked the scooter riders.

One of the assailants repeatedly punched one of the victims in the face, while the second attacker struck the other man so violently that he fell to the ground. Even after the victim was down, the attacker continued beating him. The two assailants then fled in an unknown direction.

One of the attackers is described as being between 45 and 55 years old, approximately 1.75 meters tall, and of stocky build. He had white hair and a white beard and was wearing dark green work clothing with the name "Knettenbrech" printed on it at the time of the attack. His accomplice is also estimated to be between 45 and 55 years old, roughly 1.85 meters tall, and of slender build. He had a long, white full beard, wore a green cap, and was also dressed in "Knettenbrech" work clothing.
