Violent robbery in Darmstadt leaves 28-year-old man injured after dawn attack

A 28-year-old man was attacked and robbed in Darmstadt early on Monday morning. The incident occurred around 5 a.m. on Leuschnerstraße, where the suspect demanded cash before fleeing empty-handed. The victim was struck in the head by the assailant, who then demanded money. When the man refused, the attacker bit him before running off. Police confirmed the suspect wore dark clothing, including a black hooded top and a face covering. After the assault, the robber escaped toward Nieder-Ramstädter Straße.
