The survey asked customers to rate the bank's performance and suggest local causes for support. In the results, 84% of respondents rated Sparkasse Langen-Seligenstadt as 'excellent,' 'very good,' or 'good.' Satisfaction with in-person advice was particularly high, with 92% of those who used the service in the last year saying they would recommend it.

The Rodgau branch of the German Child Protection Association topped the donation vote. The Obertshausen NABU chapter and the Seligenstadt 1895 Gymnastics Club shared second place. Frank Lortz, chairman of the supervisory board, highlighted the role of local associations in strengthening community ties.
