A patrol from the South Hesse Highway Police Station arrested a 22-year-old man on Monday afternoon (22.9.) and confiscated his driver's license. Around 14:40, the police officers stopped the man from the Rastatt district on the A5 near Darmstadt and subjected him to a check. During this, the officer and the officer noticed that the Romanian ID card and the driver's license were forgeries. The suspect was arrested and had to pay a security deposit of 600 euros. He will now have to answer to the charges of forgery and driving without a license in the ongoing proceedings.
