Elderly woman robbed by fake DoorDash workers in Offenbach-Bieber

An elderly woman was robbed in her Offenbach-Bieber home on Saturday afternoon. Two suspects tricked their way inside by pretending to be DoorDash workers. Police are now searching for witnesses to help identify the pair.

The incident took place when the two suspects knocked on the victim's door, claiming to be employees of a food delivery company. Once inside, they stole three gold rings before leaving the apartment.

The man is described as around 25 years old, with short dark hair and a grey sweatshirt featuring magenta lettering. The woman is also believed to be in her mid-20s, with long brown hair reaching her hips.

Offenbach Criminal Police have urged anyone with information to come forward. Witnesses or those with details about the suspects can contact officers on 069 8098-1234.

The investigation remains ongoing as authorities work to track down the suspects. Residents in the area are advised to stay vigilant when answering the door to strangers. Police have not yet released further details about the stolen items or potential leads.
