Yakutskvodokanal unveils new Customer Service Center to streamline utility access
A new Customer Service Center for Yakutskvodokanal JSC officially opened on December 16, 2025. The facility offers a wide range of services for both residents and businesses in Yakutsk. Former CEO Anatoly Kyrdzhagasov attended the event, calling it an important step for the company and the community.
The grand opening was led by Vyacheslav Yemelyanov, the Sakha Republic’s Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Energy. He highlighted the centre’s role in improving access to essential services. Kyrdzhagasov, who led Yakutskvodokanal from 2018 until at least 2023, also spoke at the ceremony, expressing enthusiasm for the project.
The new centre aims to simplify interactions between Yakutskvodokanal and its customers. With streamlined services and expert support, residents and businesses now have a single location for all their utility news. The facility is expected to reduce paperwork delays and improve overall efficiency.
