Yakutsk firm settles 5.5M ruble debt after bailiff crackdown

A geological company in Yakutsk has cleared a long-standing utility debt totalling over 5.5 million rubles. The payment followed enforcement action by local bailiffs after the firm missed its repayment deadline. The case began when the company failed to settle its debt within the required timeframe. In response, a bailiff from the Yakutsk City Division of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) launched enforcement proceedings. Measures included freezing funds in the debtor’s bank accounts and applying an additional enforcement fee. The pressure led to full compliance. The company repaid the entire outstanding amount, prompting officials to close the enforcement case. With the debt now fully settled, the enforcement proceedings have ended. The company’s payment ensures no further legal action will be taken over this matter. Local authorities confirmed the case’s resolution after receiving the final sum.
