Yakutia’s October 2025 job boom offers 700+ roles with six-figure salaries

In Yakutia, over 700 high-paying job vacancies were listed in October 2025, with salaries of 200,000 rubles or more. These roles are predominantly rotational shift-based, offering median wages significantly higher than the region's average.

The top-paying jobs include Process and Technical Operations Engineer, Construction and Assembly Foreman, and Surveyor, with salaries reaching up to 690,476 rubles per rotation. General laborers make up 9% of these high-paying vacancies. Notably, machine operators and welders, despite being highly sought-after, did not have any publicly confirmed companies offering such high salaries specifically for these roles as of October 2025.

Companies typically offering these high salaries operate mainly in mining (32%), construction, real estate, and infrastructure (23%), and metallurgy and metalworking (12%).

With over 700 high-paying vacancies, Yakutia's job market in October 2025 presented significant opportunities, particularly in technical and operational roles. Despite the high demand for machine operators and welders, specific high-paying offers for these positions remain unconfirmed.
