Yakutia’s 2025 plan revamps 17 courtyards across cities and villages

Yakutia is set to renovate 17 residential courtyards in 2025 as part of Russia’s Far Eastern Courtyards Improvement project. The initiative, with a total funding of 112.1 million rubles, will see significant improvements in several cities and rural areas across the republic.

Neryungri will receive the lion's share of the upgrades, with 11 courtyards slated for renovation. These include those along Druzhby Narodov Street and Mira Avenue. The project will also extend to the village of Maya in Megino-Kangalassky District and the rural locality of Lensky Nasleg in Namsky District.

In Yakutsk, focus will be on courtyards along Chernyshevsky Street. Other cities like Vilyuisk and rural settlements in Megino-Kangalassky and Namsky districts will also benefit from the initiative. This follows the successful renovation of 124 courtyards and a mini-park in previous years, costing 846 million rubles.

The Far Eastern Courtyards Improvement project in Yakutia continues to transform living spaces, with 17 courtyards set for renovation in 2025. The project, funded primarily by the federal budget, aims to enhance the living conditions of residents across the republic.
