Woman robbed at knifepoint by three masked men in Wiesbaden
A 48-year-old woman was robbed at knifepoint by three men at a bus stop in Wiesbaden-Biebrich late on Thursday evening. The attack took place around 10:30 p.m. at the 'Waldstraße' stop on Schiersteiner Straße. Police are now searching for the suspects, who remain unidentified.
The victim was waiting alone at the bus stop when the three assailants approached her. One of the men pulled out a knife and demanded her handbag, which she surrendered. The robbers then fled in an unknown direction.
The perpetrators are described as three young men, roughly 16 to 20 years old, all speaking German. The first attacker was around 20 years old, between 5’3” and 5’7” tall, with short dark hair. He wore a black scarf, a black jacket, and black sweatpants. His two accomplices were both about 5’3” tall, with dark brown hair. They covered their heads with black headwear and scarves, and dressed entirely in black clothing. Wiesbaden’s criminal police have opened an investigation into the incident. Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward to assist in identifying the suspects.
The robbery occurred on the evening of 8 January 2026, and the suspects are still at large. Investigators continue to gather evidence in hopes of locating the three men involved in the attack.
