Woman harassed by stranger in white Hyundai on Bundesstraße 45
Police in South Hesse are investigating a suspected case of coercion in traffic after a 25-year-old woman was harassed along Federal Highway 45. The incident occurred on Thursday morning between Hanau and Mühlheim am Main, involving an unidentified driver in a white Hyundai.
The woman was driving on Offenbacher Straße when she stopped at a red light. Before she could move again, the suspect's vehicle approached hers. The driver, described as a man aged 30 to 40, then followed her for several kilometres.
The suspect is reported to be around 1.80 to 1.90 meters tall, slim, with short black hair and a long, light-coloured coat. His car, a white Hyundai, had a Rüdesheim license plate. Police have not recorded any similar incidents of aggressive behaviour on Bundesstraße 45 in the past year.
Authorities are now searching for the suspect and his vehicle. The investigation remains ongoing, with no further details released at this time. The woman involved has provided a description to assist police in identifying the driver.
