Wiesbaden’s €26.7M Kohlheck School expansion to welcome 400 pupils by 2028

Wiesbaden is investing €26.7 million to expand Kohlheck School. The project will increase capacity to four streams, allowing space for around 400 pupils. Work is set to finish by early 2028, with sustainability and modern learning at its core.

The expansion will add 3,961 square metres of gross floor area, including a double gymnasium for both school and community use. A new cafeteria and kitchen will support full-day learning and after-school programmes.

Once complete, the expanded Kohlheck School will offer modern facilities for pupils and the local area. The project combines increased capacity with sustainable construction methods. Completion is expected in early 2028.
