Wiesbaden teen arrested after police uncover stash of illegal drugs

Police in Wiesbaden have arrested a 17-year-old suspected of drug dealing. The teenager was taken into provisional custody on Wednesday, November 5, following the discovery of a large quantity of narcotics and prescription medications.

The arrest took place at Luisenplatz in the city center around 11:50 a.m. During the arrest, additional items were found on the teenager, suggesting involvement in drug trafficking. A search of his home, assisted by a drug-sniffing dog, uncovered another banned substance. The teenager was later released but faces charges for violating Germany’s Cannabis Consumption Act.

The West Hessian Police Directorate confirmed the arrest and seizure of illegal substances. The teenager, now a suspect in drug dealing, awaits further legal proceedings.
