Wiesbaden Pizzeria Brawl: Man and Woman Assault Police, Multiple Arrests
A late-night party at a pizzeria in Wiesbaden turned chaotic when a man assaulted a police officer and a woman turned violent towards responding officers. The incident, which occurred in the early hours of Thursday, October 23, resulted in multiple arrests and ongoing investigations. Earlier in the evening, police received several noise complaints about a loud party at the pizzeria on Moritzstraße. Despite warnings to keep the volume down, the partygoers ignored the requests. When police moved to shut down the event at around 12:45 a.m., they were met with resistance. A 35-year-old man from Wiesbaden became aggressive as officers entered the establishment. He attacked a police officer, striking and kicking them. A 39-year-old female partygoer also turned violent, mirroring the man's actions towards the responding officers. Meanwhile, a 38-year-old relative of the man attempted to hinder the arrest by obstructing the police. The three individuals involved in the brawl - the 35-year-old man, the 39-year-old woman, and the 38-year-old relative - were taken into custody and are now facing criminal investigations. The name of the police officer who was assaulted has not been disclosed.
