Wiesbaden Employment Agency Overhauls Access Rules This November

The Wiesbaden Employment Agency has announced changes to its services and access, aiming to improve efficiency and digital interaction. On November 12, 2025, all local offices will temporarily close for internal training. A week later, on November 20, 2025, the main office will operate with restricted access, only admitting visitors with pre-booked appointments.

The agency encourages applicants to handle many tasks digitally, reducing the need for in-person visits. On November 20, the branch offices will also require prior appointments, with no walk-in visitors allowed that day. Appointments can be conveniently scheduled online at www.arbeitsagentur.de/appointment or by calling 0800 4 5555 00.

These changes aim to streamline services and enhance digital interaction. Customers are advised to plan their visits accordingly and take advantage of the online appointment scheduling system.
