Wiesbaden-Bierstadt to Gain 300 New Homes on Former Clinic Site

A new neighbourhood with around 300 apartments is set to rise in Wiesbaden-Bierstadt. The development will replace the former Bingert Clinic site, covering roughly 3.5 hectares east of Leibnizstraße. Plans include a daycare centre and spaces reserved for healthcare services.

The project focuses on small-scale buildings with a mix of housing and community facilities. Open green spaces and a well-connected network of footpaths will shape the area’s design. Residents will have easy access to both recreational spots and essential services.

A final decision on the construction is expected by mid-December 2025. Once approved, the development will bring new housing options to the district while maintaining a balance between urban living and green surroundings.

The neighbourhood will add around 300 homes to Wiesbaden-Bierstadt, along with a daycare and healthcare-related plots. The combination of housing, open spaces, and pathways aims to create a functional and liveable area. Construction will proceed once the December 2025 approval is granted.
