Direct customers who interact online also express contentment, scoring a willingness to recommend of 4 points. However, those advised by central offices via email or phone are even more satisfied, rating 5 points. The overall NPS for car insurance agent customers stands at 14 points, doubling the market average of 4 points.

In business premises, the satisfaction is even higher, with an NPS of 17 points. A staggering 75% of car insurance agent customers rate their agent as 'very good' or 'excellent'. Conversely, broker customers show little enthusiasm, with an NPS of -15 points.
