WEX Expands US EV Charging Network to 150,000 Stations
WEX, a leading provider of payment solutions, has expanded its electric vehicle (EV) charging network in the USA. The company's WEX EV Depot, launched in April 2025, now offers secure charging at private chargers using the WEX fleet card.
This expansion is the result of collaborations with Lynkwell, Revel, and Ampcontrol. Together, they have made 20,000 new charging stations available across the country. WEX's charging network now boasts over 150,000 public charging ports.
Ampcontrol's integration with WEX aims to simplify EV charging and provide valuable data for strategic decisions. Meanwhile, Revel's partnership extends the reach of its fast-charging superhubs to more fleet operators. WEX customers can now access this extensive network, including hundreds of new charging stations that accept WEX payments.
Through these partnerships, WEX has significantly expanded its EV charging network. WEX customers can now charge their EVs at depot, public, and at-home charging locations using the WEX fleet card or the DriverDash mobile app. The company continues to support the growth of EV charging infrastructure and streamline payments for fleet operators.
