Wave of crimes shakes German towns in a single day

An elderly woman was assaulted in Bad Soden-Neuenhain, and a 13-year-old girl was sexually harassed on a bus in Eschborn, both incidents occurring on Thursday, November 6, 2025. Meanwhile, burglars targeted a home in Flörsheim-Wicker, and an Opel Karl was stolen in Hattersheim on the same day.

The assault in Bad Soden-Neuenhain took place at 6:35 a.m. when the woman, upon opening her front door on Akazienweg, was grabbed by an assailant who injured her. The attacker fled when the woman called for help and is now under investigation by criminal police.

In Eschborn, a 13-year-old girl was sexually harassed on a bus at 7:50 a.m. The bus driver alerted police about an intoxicated man who made inappropriate remarks to the girl.

Between Sunday, November 2, 2025, 12:00 p.m. and Thursday, November 6, 2025, 4:30 p.m., burglars stole cash and jewelry from a home in Flörsheim-Wicker. They forced their way onto the property on Klingfloßstraße and entered the single-family home through the basement door.

On the same day, an Opel Karl was stolen in Hattersheim between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. The white Opel Karl was last seen with the license plate 'AB-YE 598'.

The police are seeking information from the public regarding these incidents. Anyone with knowledge about the assault, sexual harassment, burglary, or the stolen Opel Karl is urged to contact local authorities. In a separate incident, a 27-year-old suspect was arrested and taken to the station for processing before being released. The driver of a black Hyundai who hit a parked red vehicle in Bad Soden on Tuesday evening around 7:00 pm left only a business card at the scene. Police are seeking contact with the owner of the damaged red car to follow up on the incident.
