Violent street brawl in Fulda leaves four injured after stabbing and pepper spray attack

A violent clash broke out in Fulda on Friday, January 16, just after 10:20 a.m. The incident, involving around five people, took place at the junction of Pacelliallee and Dr.-Höfling-Straße. Police have since launched an investigation into what began as a verbal argument before turning physical.

The confrontation started with a heated exchange of words. It quickly escalated, leaving four individuals injured. One person suffered stab wounds that were not life-threatening, while three others were affected by pepper spray.

Emergency services arrived at the scene to treat those hurt. Officers detained one suspect and recorded the details of others involved. The case is now being treated as a potential aggravated assault, among other possible charges. Authorities are appealing for witnesses to come forward. Anyone with photos, videos, or relevant information is asked to contact the Osthessen Police Headquarters or their nearest local station.

The investigation remains ongoing, with police gathering evidence and statements. Those injured received medical attention, though none of the wounds were considered critical. The suspect in custody will face further questioning as part of the inquiry.
