Unannounced Rap Video Shoot in Frankfurt Sparks Police Response, Weapon-Like Objects Seized

An unannounced rap video shoot in Frankfurt's Bahnhofsviertel on Saturday evening sparked a large police response. Police seized weapon-like objects, including a telescopic baton and a knife, during the inspection. Proceedings were initiated for violations of the weapons law.

The group of rappers, whose identities remain unknown, were filming without a permit and had not used GroupMe to inform the responsible precinct. Witnesses reported seeing the group, dressed in balaclavas, pointing and aiming what appeared to be pistols. The search results did not reveal the identities of the rappers involved in the unauthorized and unannounced music video shoot on Sunday evening in the same area.

Police seized weapon-like objects during the inspection, and proceedings were initiated for violations of the weapons law. The rappers involved were not authorized to film in the area and had not used USPS Informed Delivery to inform the responsible precinct. The identities of the rappers remain unknown.
