Two men critically injured after falling at abandoned quarry lake

Two men were seriously injured after falling at a disused quarry lake near Homberg/Ohm on Saturday evening. Emergency crews rushed to the scene shortly after 9 p.m., with rescue efforts still underway hours later. Authorities have not yet released the identities of those involved.
