Toyota Yaris crash leaves driver injured after losing control on sharp bend

A 28-year-old man from Eichenzell crashed his Toyota Yaris on State Road L 3174 near Schwarzbach and Hofbieber. The accident happened when the driver lost control on a sharp left-hand bend, sending the car off the road and into a guardrail.

The incident was reported to Hilders Police Station shortly after it occurred. The vehicle skidded roughly 15 metres along the guardrail before spinning and colliding with a tree.

The crash left the driver with minor injuries, though no other vehicles were involved. The car’s damage was severe enough to render it beyond repair. Police continue to investigate the exact cause of the accident.
