The new office is situated at 36 Victoria Avenue, right in the heart of Harrogate's professional district. This location allows the team to work more closely with existing clients and engage with new ones in the area. The firm has seen steady expansion over the past five years, with staff numbers rising by around 25%—from roughly 950 in 2021 to approximately 1,200 by 2026.
Caroline Pullich, group head of private clients, will oversee the high-net-worth client service from the Harrogate base. Meanwhile, James Bright, a corporate account executive, will concentrate on supporting commercial clients across the region. The company emphasises clear, independent advice and a personal approach to client service. TL Dallas has framed the expansion as part of its long-term commitment to North Yorkshire. By establishing a local base, the firm aims to deepen relationships with businesses and individuals while continuing its investment in growth.
