Three-car crash on Künzeller Straße sends two drivers to hospital after risky overtaking
The incident began when a 23-year-old man from Fulda was driving a Fiat towards Künzell. Behind him, a 56-year-old man from Motten followed in a BMW. As both travelled along the road, a 40-year-old man from Künzell attempted to overtake them in his Hyundai.
The crash caused long delays, with Turmstraße shut in both directions while recovery crews worked. Authorities have not released the name of the 40-year-old Hyundai driver, citing privacy. Investigations into the exact cause of the collision are ongoing.
