Thieves Target Tann Gas Station, Steal Thousands in Tobacco Products
A gas station on Bahnhofstraße in Tann/Rhön was targeted by unknown thieves on Sunday. The break-in occurred around 10 PM, with the perpetrators making off with tobacco products worth several thousand euros. The intruders gained entry by forcing open an office window at the rear of the gas station. They then proceeded to the sales room, where they stole cigarettes valued at several thousand euros. The total damage caused by the break-in was estimated to be around 250 euros. Despite extensive investigations, the identities of the perpetrators remain unknown.
