Thieves target a Mercedes Sprinter van in Raunheim’s latest break-in wave
A Mercedes Sprinter van was broken into on Kelsterbacher Straße in Raunheim over the weekend. Thieves struck between Friday evening (December 12) and Monday morning (December 15), causing significant damage. Police are now investigating the incident as part of a wider pattern of van break-ins in the area.
The criminals forced their way into the parked Sprinter and stole the speedometer and navigation system. The total damage is estimated at over €2,000. Authorities have confirmed that the case is being handled by the Kriminalpolizei Rüsselsheim (Kommissariat 21/22).
The break-in on Kelsterbacher Straße adds to a series of van thefts in Raunheim. With over €2,000 in damages and stolen parts, the case remains under active investigation. Authorities continue to urge anyone with information to come forward.
