Thieves strip a Mercedes Sprinter of key parts in Kelsterbach heist
A Mercedes Sprinter was broken into overnight on November 25 in Kelsterbach. Thieves targeted the van on Aussiger Straße, stealing multiple components. The damage is estimated to run into several thousand euros.
The break-in happened during the night, with the perpetrators forcing their way into the vehicle. Once inside, they removed the speedometer, multimedia system, and lighting fixtures. The stolen parts were taken before the thieves fled the scene.
The stolen parts and resulting damage have left the van’s owner facing costly repairs. Police continue to search for leads in the case. Anyone with information is urged to come forward.
